At Rufana Alp, our cuisine is guided by quality and provenance. Regional ingredients, seasonal touches and careful craftsmanship come together in balanced dishes characterised by clarity and authentic alpine flavours.
Founded in 2006, Rufana Alp has steadily evolved with dedication, vision and attention to detail. What began as an alpine inn has since become a versatile venue for dining, celebrations and gatherings. Our goal has always remained the same: to offer guests a genuine experience, defined by quality, reliability and a personal atmosphere.
Since 2025, Rufana Alp has been led by brothers Adrian and Domenic, the second generation of family ownership. Proven values meet new ideas, and tradition blends seamlessly with modern development. At the heart of it all are the people – those who work here and those who come as guests.
Managing director

Adrian is the managing director and the primary contact for weddings, events and private celebrations. He assists guests from the initial inquiry to the on-site execution of their event and oversees the entire service area. With a keen eye for timing, people and details, he ensures that events are carried out in a personal, organized and seamless manner. He is also responsible for the rental of our accommodations.

Managing director
Kitchen | Culinary | Operations
Domenic is the managing director and responsible for the daily operations at Rufana Alp. His focus is on the organizational side and coordinating the kitchen in close collaboration with head chef Martin Fröhle, including menu planning. He ensures that quality, processes and teamwork run smoothly to form the foundation for reliable operations.

Founders | Heart and soul of the house
They are the foundation of Rufana Alp. As the founders of the business, they built and shaped it from the very beginning. Even today, they remain involved in important decisions and can often be found on-site. Their experience, vision and deep connection to the house continue to be central to Rufana Alp.
Wellness manager on four paws
Our family dog Emily keeps the atmosphere light and cheerful with her calm demeanor. She also ensures that the restaurant floor is free of crumbs, all while bringing smiles to everyone’s face.
