At Rufana Alp, our cuisine is guided by quality and provenance. Regional ingredients, seasonal touches and careful craftsmanship come together in balanced dishes characterised by clarity and authentic alpine flavours.
In our kitchen, quality, regional ingredients and craftsmanship are our top priorities. We serve traditional Austrian home cooking with a contemporary twist and a great attention to detail. Our menu features hearty soups, fresh salads and satisfying main courses, such as our signature Rufana Burger and traditional Kässpätzle.
We also offer a selection of sweet treats, including freshly baked apple strudel, quark strudel, juicy Germknödel (sweet dumplings) and the ever-popular Rufana Kaiserschmarrn with apple sauce.
Our culinary experience is complemented by a carefully curated wine list featuring fine white and red wines from Vorarlberg, the rest of Austria and select international regions. For special occasions, celebrations, or larger groups, some wines are available in magnums.
